December 1948
How pleased we are to see the new organ installed to the memory of the fallen from Kettlebrook in the two world wars.
It is a beautiful instrument, both in design and tone.
Those who were present at the dedication by the Bishop of Stafford will long remember the impressive service and the recital which followed, given by Mr. Porter, organist of Lichfield Cathedral.
We greatly enjoyed a recital given by Mr. Darling, organist of the parish church and also the choral evensong by members of the parish church choir.
